EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
ALONG products are manufactured to the highest standard and we know you're going to love your gear from ALONGWEAR. In the unlikely event that the item has a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it up to 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. Warranty excludes malfunction caused by normal wear and tear, alterations, abuse, negligence or not following care instructions.
- SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded - Do not proceed to send any items which have been purchased in a sale as these will not be exchanged, refunded or returned. If an item is faulty than we suggest you contact ALONG beforehand to discuss your exchange/return.
- If you select a SALE item as replacement, keep in mind that by the time we process your exchange request, the item may be sold out. We invite you to indicate a couple of articles as replacement or select an item that is not on SALE (be sure to include order of preference for the selection).
- Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging/tags intact. Please remember to include the exchange/return form indicating your invoice number, your full name and your instructions.
